750 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.0%. Refermented in the bottle. Recommended serving temperature 6-8 degrees C. Pale yellow colour, huge white head. Strong and beguiling fruity, yeasty and spicy aroma. The flavour is fruity with light spicy notes, distinct hops in the finish. Light bodied and refreshing.

From the 75 cl bottle at the " Mondial de la Bière 2009 " in Strasbourg. Poured a hazy straw yellow colored ale with a thin white foamy head that had a mid sized retention. The aroma is aciditic fruits, lemon, citrus and flowery hops. The flavour is aciditic fruits, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, pineapple. The palate is crispy and exited by the aciditic tones. This light bodied ale has a lingering bitter hoppy end. A surprising hoppy beer. Very nice.
