A bitter amber with personality. Brewed from an exquisite blend of malted barley and lightly hopped for a crisp citrus finish, this beer is an easy-drinking favourite. Curiosity is a recipe under development, this means that the flavour may change from time to time as we tweak temperatures, timing, and ingredients but we think you’ll like what you taste. This beer features nut and caramel undertones balanced with floral aroma hops and a gently bitter grapefruit finish.
