400 ml on tap at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered burgundy-brown coloured Ale with a one finger beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is toasted and caramel grainy malts and a powerful floral hoppy bitterness. The flavour is strong aromatic and floral hops on a solid sweety caramel malty backbone, spicy notes, licorice. The mouthfeel is crispy, clean and very smooth. This medium bodied Ale ha a long aromatic hoppy finish. A very nice tasting Brown Ale.
