We decided to brew one of the world’s most complex and difficult to make styles of beer — Belgian Amber. Our journey started with traveling to Belgium where we worked with leading brewing authorities to discover the secrets of how Belgian Ambers are brewed. We discovered a unique Belgian yeast strain, and the types of English and European hops required to craft a true Belgian Amber. Our Belgian Style Amber is made with a mellow toasted Belgian malt and is lightly hopped for a flavour that has a soft bitterness and an exceptionally clean finish.

First review in what feels like forever, after a bout of the stomach flu followed by a three week long head cold I'm good to go again. Golden with elements of amber in the body complete with a short lived white cap. Very mild aroma, soft aroma, hints of apple, musty bread. So very smelless!!! Taste is better and very domestically average. Feels fizzy, like swallowing a thousand bee's. Big bread, sweet musty apple, almost eastern European tasting but it doesn't get there. Maybe lemon but really it a bready penny. THE END

Had five of these last night while at the Cirque de Soleil Michael Jackson show (free ducats to a private suite were not to be spurned!). So, these were gratis and not that bad (other beer choices were Stella, Bud, and Bud Light with Lime. Yummy!). Can't rate the appearance as I swigged them straight out of the bottle, and couldn't get much of the aroma, either. But, flavour and mouthfeel were okay, decent finish as well. Maybe not all that Belgian-esque but not repulsive. I'd have this again.
