First brewed as a traditional ale, then aged with a generously toasted selection of rich oak and cherry wood. Available for a LIMITED TIME ONLY. Colour: Warm Amber with a creamy off-white head. Tasting Notes: Toasted oak and cherry wood mellow this ale for a unique and complex wood character. Lightly hopped to balance a vanilla finish.

Bottle from their Seasonal Selections mixed pack for Christmas 2014. Pours a clean amber colour with a small warm cap that does not last at all. Sweet malty nose with hints of honey. The taste is milder with again, a little sweetness, and even notes of coconut. Wet, sparkling with a light dry finish. The oak in here is more on the coconut-side than vanilla, so more fake and not even powerful. The St-Ambroise version that came out around the same time is much, much better.
