watery at first but later comes out a bamboo like feeling in your mouth(yes, i eat bamboo). its like wood, sap, dry, bitter, and dirt at once. im also getting some notes of hemp rope! (dont ask) light hops. pours a nice dehydrated pee color with no or little head.

Medium brown color. Small white foamy head. Aroma is caramel, nutty and sweet. A medium bodied amber. Malts are nutty and sweet. Hops are fairly aggressive, grapefruity and floral. Nicely balanced. Finish is a little crisp and roasty. Nice beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is bitter with a very roasty malt flavor.

Ok tasted fresh at the Siletz roadhouse in Siletz ( of course!!). From the tap it poured a nice dark amber/brown, with a gorgeous creamy tan head. Auite deliciously hoppy aroma..but some nice slightly roasted malts. Very smooth even creamy for an amber Have to say fresh from the source this is a great amber ale!
