A cloudy golden yellow in color. There's a big frothy textured white head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. A thin ringlet is left. Raspberry in the nose. But that raspberry is muted by a grainy-wheat presence. Creamy and refreshing.

The beer pours a hazed pale yellow gold with a generous white head. The aroma was heavy on the raspberries and light on the wheat and hops. The mouthfeel was thin to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour had notes of rubber in it, weak raspberry, and some wheat. I'm noticing a tad bit of sweetness as well. -

Pours a huge foamy bubbly white head but goes away quick. Has a hazy golden/light amber appearance. Aromas of light rasberries, quite fruity, mild yeasty notes. Flavours are mainly yeasty and fruity, with raspberries, wheats and light hoppy notes. Even some hints of bananas I'm getting. Pretty smooth mouthfeel, light creaminess. Fairly excessive carbonation. Enjoyed much more than their Belgian wheat beer. I would drink this again. Nice and easy to drink, and refreshing.

Nose is awesome! Raspberry, cranberry, sweet manadarin orange, great white head with lots of retention. Light bodied and mostly sweet. Drinks like refreshing sparkling fruit water. Enjoyed, but the short review must mean something.... drink while doing something else

Picked up in a make your six pack party store.Shared it with a friend, she thought the aromas were good i thought so too.The flavor was not what she liked, i got to drink it.Lots of flavors going on, i could do without the coriander and orange peels.

The first time I sampled this, I couldn't get past the artificial raspberry flavor that tasted more like bad candy. Second time was a little better, maybe because it was served colder. Fruit flavor still seems a little too artificial and makes the beer sweeter than it should be but not undrinkable.

first couldn't believe that an AB beer could taste this good. Well goes to show if they put a little time and effort into it they can make a decent beer. Pours a hazy medium golden straw hue, with a small foamy white head, which leaves very little in the way of lace anywhere. The aroma is of raspberry, with the faintest of beer graininess. The taste is sweet, pastry-like grain, some weak astringent wheaty notes, and a faint raspberry fruitiness. The carbonation is pretty soft, the body a medium-light weight.

Purchased on my trip to Vegas at the Total Wine store. Pours a hazy golden colour with a small white cap that leaves decent lacing. Very nice smelling raspberry scent with hints of oranges and wheat. Very light tartiness in the mouthfeel, but just made to go down easy. The taste is a bit milder than the aromas, but still well-balanced between the fruit and the grain. Really not bad at all coming from AB (especially the part written about using the stuff at the bottom of the bottle).

It's pretty sad when you have to force yourself to drink a beer to review it. My friend bought a 6-pack of this by accident...thinking it was the regular shock top. His mistake is my review. I'm sure that I would have bought this on my own to sample.....but not now. Aroma is nice, mostly raspberry. Appearance is ok, typical for a wheat with a light orange/red tint. Flavor isn't really that bad, just balanced a bit off towards the sweet end. Not a horrible beer, just not that good. The lowest I am going now for my fruity wheat is something like blueberry Sea Dog. As slowrunner said though, "I wouldn't refuse a free one".

i kinda dug the abundant raspberry aroma of this beer, but that's where the love ends. thin and simple. not offensive, but i thought the orange & coriander clashed with the raspberry flavor, which seemed more fake than the aroma. overall, ok, and better than i thought. in the catergory of "i wouldn;t refuse a free one but wouldn't buy again".
