(Sampled 0,5 liter can.) Good head, cloudy golden colour. Lovely aroma of citrus and spices, refreshing light flavour. A good hefe, recommended for everyone who loves the style.

A cloudy sunshine in color. A big foamy textured white head rises above. Not much hang time. And a small ringlet is all that is left behind. In the nose and on the palate are wheat, citric and banana fruits. There's some spices on the palate. An effervescent beer with lots of bubbles rising in the glass.

The beer poured a hazy golden orange colour with a huge geberous rocky white head that after the pour was finished, didn;t last very long. The aroma was wheat, cloves, banana, and spices. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was wheaty malt, slightly sweet, with a decent sour finish.

Pours a hazy golden color with a thick white head. Lots of carbonation. Aroma is of wheat, lemons and oranges and bananas. Tastes a light dose of crisp wheat with banana/spices.

Sampled 'vom Fass' at Binding's Sachsenhauser Warte in Frankfurt. An itriguing looking beer; cloudy golden, fading to lemon-yellow at the edges of the base of the glass. The creamy white head deposited a fair amount of lace on the "spritzig obergarig"-emblazoned weiss glass. Lively nose of fruit and yeast. Mouthfeel is spritzy and tangy, but thin. Flavors of lemon, banana, and yeast - although reserved. Light and lively, but the finish is bland.

Nice rich white foam, darkish yellow color. In aroma, there's strong citrus and some wheat. Taste is smooth, round and refreshing, nicelt wheaty. Aftertaste is also pretty smooth and refreshing.

Profuse head, moderate bead - remains to end of glass. Cloudy amber. Probably should be hazier, but I'm going to harvest the yeast, so don't want it mixed in. Banana bread nose, touch of green herb hop aroma Tangy taste with ongoing banana.... touch of caramalt...?... with good, wheat malt body and long clove aftertaste. A touch cloying, but with a drawnout bitterness to offset. If I close my eyes, I can draw parallels to Matilda Bay Redback with the ubiquitous slice of lemon in it, but this beer has enough tartness on its own, thankfully, not to justify such measures (if such measures are ever justifiable...) Would be good with cold cooked prawns or bugs.

Sampled with the other LCBO seasonal wheat beers. This one finished near the bottom according to my taste buds. Something a little dull. Wheat didn't come through as clearly and tasty as many others. Same for the aroma which seemed offcenter. There are better German wheat beers, though this is still enjoyable.

there really is no flavour to this. it's not really watery, but is way too lite, leaving little to no taste. given that it's a german wheat, i am very dissapointed.

Unfortunately, I was expecting more from this beer. It did have a lovely clouded pale-orange appearance with lots of thick white head. Nice wheat aroma as well, but it doesn't get much better than it looks. Bitter start and some wheaty yeasty taste at first, but unfortunately turns to bland and uninspired. Too bad, could've been good if it wasn't for the finish.

Nice white head with average retention and good lacing. Aroma is wheaty with hints of fruits and spices. Colour is a cloudy orange. Taste is wheaty with a slightly bitter finish. I'll have to try this one again.
