is an amber lager with a creamy little mouse, the appearance of a blonde lightly BUT NO! It smells with hints of fruit and palate is a delight, fruit, texture. it takes up space in the mouth. Thank you for this wonderful surprise.

Bootle refermentation .Bought in the brewery, poured from a brown bottle into the right weizen glass .It's a hazy deep gold to amber colored ale with a creamy white head that after a good retention falled from oneway and left minimal lacing on the glass .Smell is wunderful with a well done combination between yeast, fruit and spices .The mouthfeel is great, wheat and yeast tastes are well combined, in second place come the fruit aromas, bananas, cloves. It's a medium bodied ale with a solid finish .The aftertaste is very long . A great refreshing and flavorful drink . For me it's a superb example of a bavaria-hefeweizen and if only brewed since 1999 it's for me the attempted perfection of the style .I reached with this ale the german GRAAL !!!
