500 ml bottle. Poured a hazy deep amber colored ale with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had an excellent retention. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is slight roasted malts, milky caramel, hay, grassy hops, a touch of licorice. The flavour is sweet roasted malts, spicy, gingerbread, coriander, molasses. A well done malty / bitterness balance. The mouthfeel is crispy, creamy and sprinkling. This medium bodied ale has a long malty and spicy finish. May be a bit too sweety , at any case easy drinkable, very refreshing and tasting.
