(Sour Monday - Triple Rock) Bottled - Absolutely awesome aroma!! Flavors of sweet currents and fresh plump raisins. Wonderful aftertaste that lingers in your mouth. This should find a nice place in my cellar if it’s not too expensive!!

75cl bottle (2012) shared by Arve_Christian - thanks a lot! Pours clear copper coloured with a lasting, off-white head. Fairly fruity and slightly funky with notes of cherries, wood and a hint of balsamic vinegar. Medium sweet, complex and with nice acidity. Refreshing and very enjoyable!

Courtesy of HOPSHUNTER. It pours deep copper with tan head. The aroma is berry fruit and heading into tartness, ripe sweet cherries, more berry fruitiness and then Brett at the end of the draw. The taste is a mix of sweet candy like cherry along with tart like notes and then a modest level of sourness. It ends refreshing. This is a smooth tasty brew starting with sweet cherry richness and then ending refreshing.

Nov. 2012: Shared 750 ml bottle, 2010 Vintage, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7%. Deep ruby colour, moderate cream-coloured head, Lovely sweet & sour aroma, vinous notes with oak galore, red wine vinegar, silage and farmhouse kitchen. Sweet and sour flavour too, oaky, vinous, well rounded and harmonious.

Pours clear caramel with a fair ivory head. Aroma offers tart tropical and citrus notes. Flavor gives sour and tart citrus and tropical fruit. Texture has firm, smooth body but minimal fizz, and a tart fruit finish. Nice vintage.
