Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is brutally sour, fruity, woody and leafy. Flavour is very much the same in an excellent balance. Very complex, sour and lovely.

A murky muddy brown appearance. A sugary cherry and musty aroma. The flavor was slightly sour with some molasses, sour cherries, and apples. Not the best Flemish Ive had but no complaints really.

On tap at the 2006 Pizza Port Belgian Fest. The Flemish sour pours a medium brown color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is tart, woody, cherry, fruity and vinous. Medium bodied Flemish Sour. Malts are fruity, sweet and tart. Lots of cherries, lots of wood, some funk as well. Damn this is a mix and match flavor bonanza. Nice balance though and a very nice crisp dry finish. Excellent beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is tart and slightly bitter

Poured a grapey prune color with a medium sized, light tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of dried fruits, some white wine, hay, light leather, and tons of wild yeasts. Taste of dark fruits (prune seems to come through strong) lengthy sourness, with lots of brett as well.
