We’ve put the “red” in Red Cypress with a refreshing hybrid of German and American styles! With aromas of crusty baked bread, a balanced hop bitterness and a clean, dry finish, this approachable ale proves our roots run deep.

Taps clear caramel with a thick and fairly persistent beige head. Aroma gives up strong woody hops, hay, a little raw malt. Flavor presents woody and somewhat cypress-ish hops, raw malt, herbal and spice hints. Texture offers peppy fizz and decent body. Will water your deep roots.

On tap at Lucky's Supermarket. Nothing like a $2 pint of local draft while you shop! This is actually more of a red ale vs. amber, but fits the style. Has a clearish light red appearance. Some light malt flavor and mildly hopped, but just enough in there to balance out. Not as malty, but almost like an Irish Red. At the counter and on the draft handle, they actually labled it as "Red Cypress Red". A decent local beer.
