Ebony colored beer with a small, two fingered frothy textured, tan head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. Ut settles into a thick ringlet and blotchy cap. The chai spices come forward boldly in the nose. Nice balance id those spices with chocolate roastiness. Full bodued and creamy.

Pours a warm coffee brown with a thick and rather persistent tan head. Roast malt aroma has a strong coriander overtone plus notes of coffee and caramel. A roast malt foundation supports mocha and coriander flavors, plus a note of licorice; not too strong or bold but still pleasing. Texture seems a bit thin for a stout, but is fairly fizzy. Got milk stout?
