My bottle is labeled "Apricot Weizen," though nothing is listed as such on BeerPal. This has been cellared for years beyond recommendation (drink by 2008, now 2014). Cloudy orange with the faintest ring around it. Aroma is strong-- I mean strong-- apricot. Serious apricot atop buttered toast. And the butter worries me: has it gone bad? Flavor follows aroma: apricot on buttered toast. I like it, but butter seems wrong and I don't know what this tastes like fresh. Let that be a warning against cellaring something you haven't had fresh! Wet and refreshing, there's still some good carbonation to this brew.

Purchased at Albertsons in their make your 6-pack, in Vegas. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a big creamy white head, good retention and lots of sticky lace. Smells like apricot shampoo. The taste is kind of weird as well, with the blend between the fruit and the wheat. Maybe it's natural and I am not used it ? Maybe too fake ?? Prefer the McAuslan Apricot one.

Pours a hazy yellow/orange color with an off-white head which quickly sputters out into nothing though. The aroma is fresh apricot with just the faintest whiff of a bready wheat. The taste is all apricot up front, juicy and fresh, the hops provide a little balance, yeasty, doughy, and bready tastes on the back end. The mouthfeel is light bodied, somewhat creamy, with modest carbonation.

A nice summer beer. There is a pleasant aroma of apricot (maybe a little strong) and a bit of a grassy aroma. This poured a nice, cloudy yellow color with an good head. The taste was rather smooth and there was just the right amount of a hint of apricot. I'm not a big fan of apricots (can take 'em or leave 'em) but this was quite enjoyable to drink.

Not sure where the audacious comes in as this was a rather tame American wheat beer with a smidgen of apricot added. There is not a lot of apricot in either the aroma or the flavour and that ruins what could have been a good beer.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with small white foamy head. Aroma is apricot, some slight sweet malts as well as mild cardboard. Flavour is quite much the same with some parfumes soapy notes. Quite watery.

Light amber color with light aroma of apricot/peach. The fruit did not make it too sweet, but I really did not taste a very strong fruit flavor. Not one of my favorites.

Pours a motor oil gold with a little head that rapidly dissapates. Apricot is very apparant in the aroma of this beer. Nice blend between wheat and apricot throughout the taste. Not overyly sweet but very fruity and good.

A staple at my house for a long time as my wife enjoys it also. I found it does taste much better out of a tap. Cloudy orange pour with a nice white head. Aroma is of apricots/peach. Taste is apriocts and is very smooth. A good beer!
