This is a really good smooth amber with a fair amount of hops to please me. I had this one many times with my dinner and it's always fresh and satisfying. I recommend this one to all amber lovers.

Sampled on draft at Phantom Canyon. Pours dark amber with atractive head and lace. Light floral/frsh fruit aroma. Balanced. More bread/toast & caramel maltiness than the Rail Yard. Medium-bodied and lightly carboanted. Enjoyable session ale.

Dark copper with good clarity, creamy head & nice lacing. Aroma is pleasant, balanced and generically...better than most. The flavor balances sweetness, roastiness, and ample bitter hopping. Light bodied, but not at all watery, almost creamy, highly drinkable. Great example of the style.
