From a bottle. Pours a clear dark amber with a nice white head. Aroma is malty. Flavor is sweet and mellow with a very subtle bitterness at the end. An ok beer overall. Nothing too fantastic, just a good everyday beer.

Nice Organic Beer. Not as Hoppy as The Green Lakes but a nice beer. Pours very dark almost a brown ale. Head last and is nice and white and creamy. aroma is malty and Chocolate. Medium body with a balanced carbonation. Flavor is mildly sweet with Chocolate tones and just enough biter. Finish is smooth and clean. Great Beer

Deep amber, with a generous head and sheets of lace, and a malt laden aroma. Start is malt sweet, the middle full and the carbonation moderate, the finish is strong and robust, decent hop bite to end a great taste.
