Hops: Falconer's Flight, Columbus & Williamette After spending long hours and many a sleepless night, the students of the Olds College Brewmaster program are pleased to present your palate with their "Toils of Study". A refreshing hop forward and yet extremely approachable amber-coloured ale. Dank and citrusy hops are backed by a toasty caramel malt body with bready and nutty overtones. Aggie Ale gets its aroma from an assertive dosing of Falconer's Flight Dry Hops.
