The Brewery is an essential facility and will be where students can learn to become Brewmasters. The Olds College Brewery will produce four commercially branded beers: Aggie Ale, Old Skhool, Hay City and Prairie Gold. The revenue generated from the sale of these beers will be used to support the program and reflects the entrepreneurial spirit of Olds College. The Brewery’s retail outlet will carry the four flagship beers, as well as samples of seasonal and student beers.
