Has a rich, appetizing, yeasty and somewhat fruity and slightly malty aroma. Color is a nice, somewhat hazy orange amber. Flavor is typical of a hefe, yet just a little bit better, yeasty and wheaty with a nice firm fruity undertone, mainly orange but with hints of other fruits. Texture is fairly fizzy and tingly, quite pleasing and enjoyable. And they say Alabama can't brew quality beer!

Pours cloudy gold with little head. The aroma is sweet and pleasant, boasting notes of banana, clove, and wheat. The flavor is kind of muddled and bland, not my favorite style anyway, but still sub-average taste. The body is thin and undercarbonated. Fine sampler but not a beer I would seek out again.

Sampled from bottle, thanks to Louis (via fargingbastige6)! Pours cloudy gold with a collared white head. Tart bubblegum, lemon aroma. Barely sweet with very mild spice and more prevalent citrus. Not so much of the bold banana and clove of the German counterparts. I dislike clove anyway! Medium-light bodied and smooth. Moderate carbonation. Worth a try!

Alabama beer from fargingbastige6. This hefe pours a murky yellow ORANGE with a thin head and little lacing. Big banana, Juicy Fruit gum, SweetTarts, yeasty, lemony, wet wheat aromas. Taste is extra-fruity with a distinct tartness and almost gritty mouthfeel. Still a good hefe but almost extreme. Thank Curtis.

A slightly better than average hefe. Deep orange color with the requisite cloudiness that one would expect in a good hefe. The aroma is among the best with large wheatiness and banana with a little spice. The flavor falls a little flat when compared to the aroma, but still not bad at all - especially for a stateside hefe - and one from a small brewer in Alabama. Great job, Olde Town!

Pours a very cloudy orange. The aroma is full-on wheat with a not-fully-ripe banana and some spiciness. The flavor is surprisingly tart, but not in a foul way. Not bad.
