As many of you know, on July 5, 2007, an early-morning fire destroyed the Olde Towne Brewing Company’s building on Holmes Avenue in downtown Huntsville, Alabama. Olde Towne Brewing Company is Alabama’s only microbrewery. After a lengthy search for a new location, we were unable to secure a building that suited all our needs as a brewery. In November 2007, we decided to construct a new brewery on Leeman Ferry Road in South Huntsville. The new brewery will be everything the old one was and much more. Improved equipment layout and streamlined production in the new facility will allow us to offer an even higher quality beer at increased production speed. In the months to come, you will see our site evolve into a complete website full of information about the construction of the new brewery, our beer, and anything else we think you might want to know. Please stick with us. We sincerely appreciate all the help and well wishes the friends of Olde Towne Beer have offered over the past few months.
