This amber brew is a classic American Pale Ale due to its full flavour and hoppy aroma. It has a great balance between the malt and the hop character. The distinctive hoppy flavour and aroma is a result of the addition of over 11 pounds of fresh Cascade hops per batch.

I tasted less of an IPA and more so something of a pale blonde in the Belgian style. It may have been the yeast, or some choice of malt, but something led me to associate this beer to a different style. It may also have been that hops were a little too soft and didn't stick in the taste or do much for the body of the beer. I certainly couldnt taste much of the Cascades. Rather flat and lacking many characterstics of a good beer.

A little "nicer" than the standard IPA, with a similar head and slightly darker colour. Aroma and taste also reveal the additional hops. I'd dirnk this again anytime.
