better than the OK beer, but still not something i'll get again. grain/cereal malt, and a little more hop bite than expected. a decent hot weather beer, nothing more.

The beer poured a translucent dark gold colour with absolutely no head, although there was quite a bit of effervescence. The aroma is grainy malt, and some weak hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is grainy malt, bitter hops, and a little acidity. -

Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with a fizzy pure white head with average retention and no lacing. Aroma of corn with grossly over sweet malt base. Taste is also not too pleasant with loads of residual sugar and a light malt bill with some bland cereal that are not that refreshing. Body is average with good carbonation. Boring and not something I would wish to have very often.

A rather dull, non-descript brew lacking in any sort of complexity or character. Almost non-existant head with minimal lacing. Lack of skunkiness typically associated with this type of beer from this region was a plus.

Another really nice lager that wasn’t skunky, corny or vegetal. A refreshing aroma of lemons, grass, and a light sweet malt aroma. The pour is a solid golden yellow, with a 1" off-white foamy head that melted into nothing. Solid bubble stream rising to the top. Flavor is suprisingly dry, light citrus, with a bit of a dry cider flavor. Enjoyable.

BORING! Dull gold, near zero head, zero lacing and larege bubbles. Boring aroma - some slight wheat, not overly sweet by sweet enough to notice, slight stink that is not offensive just plain old plain. The taste is weak and plain but the flavour does show up near the end. Some wheat, solid somewhat rich malts, I like the malts now that it is warmer.... wait - yup - the novelty has now worn off. It's more bitter now. Lightly bodied, good spritzy feel, soft middle, slight bitterness and a good finish. A totally nondescript brew that I will never buy again.

Feb 27, 2009 Okocim half liter bottle. No bad beer smells; surprizingly rather odorless. Looks like a decent sparkling pale lager in the glass, presents itself nicely. Pale lager initial taste, unoffensive for the most part. Easy to drink, not much detectable rudeness. Goes down fairly easy; like many better american pale lagers. Does not come across as tiring. Some odd processed background flavors but for the most part; enjoyable. Fairly frinedly and not overwhelming. Rather well mannered and even on the finish; a little sweet, but not sickening. Overall, not bad but I can find just as enjoyable pale lager around here a little cheaper. Is better than many domestic lagers.

This is available at most liquor stores in Ontario. I'm not sure how well it sells because it's a typical lager. It's golden in colour, it's clear. It has a white head. The aroma is grainy with some hops. The flavour is gross.

Empty aroma of very faint pale malt with a touch of cardboard and mild fruit. Vibrant golden pour with heavy carbonation and a small, lasting head that leaves good lacing. Extremely soft mouth feel, smooth and easy. Grainy, light malt with a solid noble hop presence. A touch of mild fruit and grass. Leaning on the sweet side for a lager, it's pretty solid.

Nice head on this beer with a good amount of carbonation. It's a pretty heavy beer so after 2 or 3 bottles it gets to be a chore to finish. Bitterness can be a little overwhelming.
