Reddish amber colour. Thick low head. Sweet caramel aroma, hints of, earth, grass and butter. Flavour of butterscotch, white chocolate and grass. Unclean buttery finish.

This Irish Ale pours a reddish brown color from a 12 oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is nutty, caramel and sweet. A medium bodied Irish Ale. Malts are caramel and sweet. Hops are understated and slightly bitter and earthy. Not a bad session ale, but not really my cup of tea, but very drinkable. More hops flavor in the finish than the initial taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

this amber is indeed an auburn color and has big puffy head. Some brown ale chestnut flavors underneath give this some complexity. Mild malts, mild hops, flavors are modest but nicely put together. Light to medium bodied and light in the finish, this offers some spritzy bubbles that are undoubtedly refreshing for the style. Along with caramel and buttery flavors, this is reminiscient of cream soda. Of course not as sweet, this is a good casual beer

Great head and foam retention. Beautiful auburn color, not cloudy but opaque. Wonderful, autumn aroma: apple, cinnamon, spice, falling leaves. After such a build-up, the flavor is a bit disappointing. Too peppery for my palatte. Finish tastes like paint. Returning my attention to the outstanding color and aroma, I enjoyed the best part of the beer without taking another sip.

I thought this was a pretty nice well balanced beer. Right away I liked the appearance, deep amber color with a thick, foamy head. A nice amount of lace on the glass too. Aroma is slightly sweet and malty. Spicy, malty and sweet tasting with just a hint of bitter hops in the finish. Pretty good.
