L’utilisation d’une plus forte proportion de blé dans la recette de cette NEPA lui procure une texture soyeuse hors du commun. Les arômes fruités et légèrement vanillés du Strata combinés à l’aspect plus tropical du Citra, cette bière est à la fois désaltérante et très aromatique!

Mildly hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white head, good stay and thicker soapy lacing. Big lemon nose with the zest, juice and sourness from the fruit. Zesty flavours with some light green hops and a tad tart in the finish. Some herbal notes do appear in the nose later. A refreshing NEPA with lots of citrus, mostly lemons, but all fairly light.
