Malty aroma has a strong yeasty overtone and bready and fruity notes. It pours a clear yellow with a thick, if not too persistent, white head. Tasty flavor has malty and fruity notes, the latter mostly apple, and hints of yeast and caramel. Smooth texture has decent body and fizz. Yet another craft brand I am glad has finally found its way to Atlanta!

A pretty average pale ale in my opinion. The first bottle of the 6 pack was much better than the last for some reason--I wouldn't have expected the hops to fade that much in less than a month's time. Overall, plenty of fruity bitterness in aroma and flavor but by the last bottle, a slightly unpleasant earthiness emerged, taking away from the crisp hop flavors I detected initially.

Pours a hazy gold with suspended sediment. The head is large, creamy, and long lasting. The aroma has a touch of pineapple and pith from the hops. The flavor is light, moderately hoppy and fairly refreshing, although I get creosote burps from the hops.

Medium gold color, medium head. Malty and hoppy. Full flavored. Medium bodied. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Definately the best that this hard to find brewery has to offer. Nice hoppy taste without the fruitiness described.

WOW. This is an intense Pale Ale. Golden pour with a supernatural white head that lasted until well after I was done drinking (slowly sipping) and left a medium amount of lacing. Aroma was overwhelmingly hoppy, sweetly malty, some sweet friuts and cinnamon(?). Tastes matched. Hoppy bitterness that almost takes over, but is kept in check by the sweet malty and slight fruit tones. Fantastic. Go Tucson!

POW! right in the palate, HOPS, In the nose, quite flowery. Malt start, the top is full, the finish is hop spicy and some what dry. Dark hazy amber and not meant for the weak of palate like "HOPS" you flip over this beer. It is one of my staple beers, and enjoys its spot right next to Chimay grand Reserve, a place of honor.
