Sometimes our neighbours are just too enticing to resist! In this case, our newest ward-winning product pays homage to our naughty neighbours to the south, as our American Pale Ale has something for everyone! For hop lovers, the huge aroma of citrus and pine greet the nose and the hops continue on the palate as hoppy flavour persists, leaving a remarkably easy drinking crisp, dry finish. We pack all this hop aroma and flavour in a brew that is only 4.9% on purpose, which leaves a hugely sessionable beer that is perfectly refreshing on hot summer days! No additives. No preservatives. Naturally carbonated for a smooth, crisp finish.

C'est What? (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
August 25, 2013
The beer poured a slightly hazed medium gold colour with a generous off-white cap that lasted a while. The aroma was weak pine, strong citrus, and grass. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was citrusy hops up front, weak caramel and fruit notes, and a bitter finish. -

Yellow/gold hazy pour. The small head it has disappears quickly. Leaves no lacing. Wet grass aroma. Has a strong flavour for the abv. Taste is sweet to start, orange peel and quite tart. Watery mouthfeel. Decent brew, drinkable but nothing too special.

At Arrow and Loon in Ottawa. Slightly overfilled and no head whatsoever. Has a slightly hazy golden appearance. Citrus and floral hop aromas, with hints of mango and kiwi. Flavours are nice and mild hops, citrus, notes of lime. Not too bitter, fairly mild. Medium carbonation. Slick creamy mouthfeel.

6-pack from the LCBO. Pours a slight hazy, golden colour with a frothy warm cap that has great retention and some foamy lace. Lots of sediments floating all around. Fresh hop nose with the pine and citrus notes. Not really bitter though. Wet mouthfeel with just a little dryness in the finish. Some fruitiness of oranges, sweetness of caramel and light grass to balance off things. Quite a good, easy-drinking APA, that is not too bitter, but just right.

On tap at Gig’s: Medium gold color, lightly hazed, nice puffy white cap laces the glass.. Great nose to this - big frutiness over fresh cereals, light grassiness. Medium-light body, slick mouth feel. Flavor follows aroma with succulent fruity esters and citrus over bready malts in front, moderate bittering, finish is clean lightly bitter. A great summer pale with some PacNW character and great quenching drinkability. You got a winner here John
