Pours a clear copper with a modest and effervescent head. Aroma is not strong; has herbal, hoppy and floral hints. Flavor has yeasty and bready notes, a fruity hint, not great but palatable. Texture has average viscosity and not much fizz. One of these days, somebody is going to figure out how to brew a decent gluten-free beer.

I pour, I drank, I’ll not do it again. This beer pours a bronzed amber in color woth a barely discernable head. But a moderate ringlet and light persistent cap are left. Some citrus and grassiness in the nose. The taste is vinegary-sour, cardboard, some apple and spiciness. Not all that pleasant. Moderate body.
