A cloudy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is sour lemons. The flavor is somewhat bitter with mostly lemons and a bit of weird yeasty funk. The bottle is not old we just got them in town a few weeks ago. Overall this is more sour than bitter which I dont like in APAs. Overall average.

Pours slightly hazy amber with a thick and frothy dirty buff head. Malty aroma has a strong, woody hop overtone, more IPA than PA. Flavor is malty, hoppy and a little fruity, a bit washed out but still refreshing. Body leaves a bit to be desired, but fizz is firm and somewhat persistent.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with a big frothy white head that retains well and laces the glass some.
The aroma is sweet bready malts and fruity hops.
The flavor is sweet bready malts with a little fruit and grassy hops in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a nice cascade hop pale ale. -

Hazy amber, small white head. Grapefruity and citrousy ho aroma. Flowery and fruity flavour, grapefruit and lemon. Nice bitter finish. Refreshing and tasty example of the style.

Attractive for an APA. Cloudy copper with golden highlights, it catches the light well. The easy-forming white head is a bit fizzy and fades quickly to a soapy film. The citric cascades hit the nose first but after teh beer airs out a bit, the malt comes through more. The flavor is sharp bite of the hop followed by the mellow malt. There's a brightness and slight ester character that makes this a pleasant drink. Simple but crisp and refreshing.

Tried this at the Winking Lizard Pub in Columbus, OH. Pored a medium amber with a hopy nose and taste. The mouth feel was very smooth. The only downside was that it had a strong bitter finish. A good APA that is worth a try if for no other reason than to compare it to othe examples of the style.

A very solid APA. Little head with a light amber body poured from the bottle. A little citrus and vanilla aroma. The taste is oak and orange peels. Very drinkable, an excellent session beer.

There once was a time at which i did not care for this product. Just like two dimes and a nickel, my wiew has been changed. It took a growler and two tall mugs to get me straight on just how good this is.

This beer had an off taste that made a negative impact on it. Not enough flavor for that style. I am not impressed by this brewery.

I was pleasantly surprised with this one! Foggy tan color with a thick head, lots of lace, and a nice sweet hoppy aroma. Mild sweet and fruity, crisp hops with pleasant bitterness. Finish is hoppy, slightly bitter and dry. A good Pale Ale!
