OG = 12.5° Plato, IBU = 25 Bitterness Units; The hoppiest of our house beers and the hands-down favorite of our staff. This orange-hued ale has the characteristic citrusy aroma of Cascade hops and the slight fruitiness of our house ale yeast balanced by well-rounded malt flavors from caramel and pale malted barleys.

Golden with a moderate head that laced well. Slight piney/citrusy aroma and flavor as expected. Nothing over the top, but fresh and tasty... goes a long way in my book. Ver enjoyable.

12 oz. bottle, brought back from the brewpub in Springfield. Thanks Mike for sharing. Pours a clear golden-orange color, with a small white head that has decent retention and leaves thin but nice lacing on the glass. Not really the 'copper' color that they describe on the label. Aroma is slightly malty, but has lots of fresh grass hops. Good flavor, with solid mix of maltiness and citrus hops. Crisp, bitter hop finish, but not overpowering. Medium body, appropriate carbonation. A drinkable, session brew, clean and well balanced taste.

Bottle (thanks wlsmoku and timmyk77). Poured a clear golden color with a medium white head. Very strong lacing. Fruity and pine-like aroma. Flavor is hoppy with some citrus to it. A typical American Pale Ale. This will neither dazzle nor offend.

Aroma is cheerful and bright, very hoppy. Mouthfeel is smooth despite a very high level of carbonation. The flavor is a delightful combonation of bitter and floral. There is some spiciness, but, appropriately, no trace of fruit. A great session beer.

Sampled from bottle. Pours a darker gold with an ample, off-white head and intricate lacing. The aroma is pine and citrus. Big hop (pine/citrus) additions in the flavor. Medium-bodied, smooth and well-balanced. A hoppy, American-style pale ale.
