Hazy orange appearance with a small creamy head. Peaty, roasted aroma with hints of burnt rubber. Rather weak roasty flavour with hints of grass and earth. Thin earthy and peaty finish.

Bottled. Copper coloured, small beige head. Rice and sweet malts in flavour and aroma. A bit of raw baking batter hints in both flavour and aroma.

Bottle, RBESG 2005 Grand Tasting. Amber colour. Aroma is smoke and oak with some brown sugar and white pepper notes. Flavour is moderately smokey with faint notes of tar, fairly dry. Okay.
