Pours a brownish/amber color. Smell is bursting with caramel malts. Taste is caramel malts up front, hops kicking in at the finish. Well balanced and tasty. A beer worth seeking out.

Amber colored beer with a little head - looked like a glass of iced tea once the head disappeared. Aroma was malty with just a hint of hops - overall mediocre. Mouthfeel is rounded and full with a bit of gritty yeastiness. Flavor starts out malty in the front and rapidly moves towards an aspirin-like, astringent bitterness in the finish and aftertaste.

Another amber ale from the masses, that didn't distinguish itself, but wasn't bad at the same time. The head was excellent, although not sustained great. The lacing was very good. Light floral hopping in the flavor and aroma. Not much else noteworthy, but would have it again.

Re-Rate.. Lt gold color, medium head. Nicely malty, smooth taste. Full flavor, rich and complex. Mouthfeel is full and round. Flavor is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is malty and rich. Very nice beer.

A funny cloudy amber color, small head disappeared quickly nice cascade hop smell, a little hop taste intialy then a slight metallic aftertaste, followed by a cardbeardy bitter after-after taste. Maybe this was an old bottle

Deep malt nose, grainy and earthy, dark amber color, beige head and lace. Some what sweet, and a fair hop presence, quite quaffable. Fresh, clean light and not over powering, but I still like it. WAPITI is the Indian word for ELK, of which Northern Arizona has a bazillion, and do to be hunted soon, my advice WAPITI's is head for AJO, know one goes there!
