Our take on the classic American red ale delivers a bite on the pallet, along with southern tropical fruit aromas from being dry hopped with Australian Topaz, Ella and Galaxy hops. At 7% ABV and 60 IBU’s it’s a well balanced red ale that is easy to get ensnared in. Hops: Columbus, Galaxy, Topaz, Ella

Bomber from Central City. Mahogany pour, some haze, under a fluffy beige head. Sweet aroma of caramel malt. Above average mouth. Flavour had the malt, plus hop and pine resin. Bitter finish. Nice effort, and my first from this brewery.
