A delicious example of the "neo-classical" American beer style. It has a beautiful copper color and is topped with a thick rich head. With a hint of ale fruitiness in the nose, Pale Ale starts out malty, finishes dry and has plenty of Cascade hops in between. It is sure to satisfy the most discerning ale aficionados. Available Year-round.

A little lighter in color than I would expect, but has a nice hoppy aroma. Very pleasant hops bite without being astringent. This paired well with a delicous platter of poblano chicken. I'd recommend it.

Almost cloudy, dark copper ale with a short, lasting head. Aroma is extremely hoppy. Flavor is bitter and pungent with floral hops. Crisp and medium-bodied.

Sampled on draft at the Ginger Man, Austin. Pours a gold/amber with a nice white head and remarkable lacing. The most attractive Live Oak beer I've seen to date. The aroma is clean with subtle notes of fruit. The flavor is brutally bitter and crisp. The cascade hops completely dominate the flavor. Smooth and enjoyable - if you like cascades. A good APA.
