IT'S an amber beer with a nice creamy foam that remains long on the surface. it has a yeasty smell. in the mouth it offers a very nice bitterness with hints of smoked grain. it's a good job from normandy

330 ml bottle bought at the brewpub. Poured in the original Le Brewery glass an unfiltered mahogany or ruby brown colored ale with a good one finger slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention. Intense carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is floral hops, ripe dark fruits, plums, raisins, figs. The flavour is deep floral hops, roasted malts, caramel and nuts. The balance bitterness / maltiness is a great success. The mouthfeel is creamy and very smooth. This medium bodied ale has a long floral hoppy bittter finish. Such a beautiful and tasting ale from a confidential ( production ) brewer! A great pleasure.

Bottled. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is rubber, caramel, some sweetness. Flavour is malts, caramel and grass. Fruity aftertaste. Quite pleasant brew.
