In fact, I was surprised at the opening I was able to paint my kitchen. without being able to put into a glass, I drank it immediatly to the bottle. I was delighted and I felt full of aroma of roasted malt and some bitterness, I have WOW. After I poured into a glass is amber with a fine mousse and a nice char, I smell the aromas of citrus and malt and taste, I think it was best in the first sip from the bottle it releases less flavor and spice but it is good tasting.

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original T.B. Larche vase an unfiltered dark amber-chesnut coloured Ambrée with a three fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. A lot of sediments. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety toasted malts, caramel, sour fruits, notes of honey. The flavour is sweety toasted malts, caramel, biscuits, bread, spicy with a touch of pepper. The mouthfeel is creamy, sweety and round. This medium bodied ale has a dry and bitter finish. A decent ale from the door to Burgundy, in France !
