Yet another Wisconsin brew from Mr. PfoxyJohn. This one pours a thin black, ample head and lacing. Rich roasted malts meet the Pacific NW hops creating a nice nose with toasted malts, somewhat fruity then grapefruits and light pine and citrus hops. Flavor follows the aroma in that the dark malts mesh well with the hops creating a very palatable dark hoppy ale. Thanks John, Now I'm still at 100% for Lake Louie brews again, a great accomplishment considering how small they are and where they are located in regard to me. Cheers!
