330 ml bottle. Poured in the original brewery glass a clear copper-brown colored ale with half a finger slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is slight caramel malts, fruity, quinces, apples, floral hops. The flavour is caramel malts, straw, corn, fruity, quinces, apples and a weaky herbal hops bitterness. The mouthfeel is creamy and crispy. This light bodied ale has a floral and fruity finish. A nice brew from the Rhone Valley.
