Bottom-fermented beer are special, but this is a top fermented amber ale with a fullness of original gravity. Deep fermentation with added rye malt makes this another product of the American brewer, Cullen Dweyera. Light drinkability, interesting hop bitterness makes this complex as a gateway to the wonderful world of top fermented beers. Ingredients are water, barley and rye malts, and hops.

1 000 ml PET bottle. Poured in a Czech special designed glass an unfiltered and hazy dark amber-chesnut coloured AA with a two fingers beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger one. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is yeast, caramel malts, fruity, oranges, grapefruits, peaches and aromatic hops. The flavour is sweety malts, caramel, juicy fruits, oranges, citrus, grapefruits and pronounced aromatic hops. The mouthfeel is light crispy and hoppy bitter. The texture is watery. This light bodied AA has a fruity and hoppy bitter. An easy drinkable Amber Ale, with a quite pleasant US-hoppy side, from North Bohemia.
