I bought a growler of this from the Brewery. I let this sit over night in a cooler and had it the next night. This classic Amber Ale poured into my glass a nice rich copper color. The head was very small with light tan foam. A nice balances of malts with a blend of hops. With its distinctive copper color and caramel flavors, this beer tasted very fresh and very enjoyable.

Bottle courtesy Odeed via trade. Poured a full clear copper color with the most humongo head I’ve ever seen from any non-fancy beer style ever, certainly among the ambers, irish ales, pale lagers, pale ales, etc.... I mean, this thing made a huge pfffssst upon opening after sitting entirely still in the fridge for weeks and after pouring gently into a standard shaker glass LITERALLY left about 1cm of beer at the bottom and a nearly FULL glass of carbonation, just like an improperly set-up keg might do. The bottle was clearly over-conditioned with too much sugar or something, as this thing was frustrating to work with. An amber ale, huh? Not in appearance. The aroma was rich caramel and toffee, a little bit of nuts, and some pine hops. The flavor was caramel, toffee, roasted nuts, resinous and citrus hops. A little bit of irish ale, altbier, and american amber throughout this guy, lots of flavors going on, fair amount of potential. Oddly there was some sort of a plastic or chemical (styrene is how I'd describe it) aftertaste, heck with some warming it even crept into the main flavors (and is the primary reason for the sag in flavor / overall ratings). Not sure if this brewery is in the early stages of bottling, but I reckon this is a much better experience on draft. Mouthfeel was foamy, huge head generation with each sip, like an alka-seltzer was in the mouth before swigging some 7-up or something. Thanks, Jacob, for the trade, hate to not rate this higher, but oh well, gotta be as objective as possible...
