Authentic. A blend of pale and crystal malts and ample quantities of Cascade hops from America's Pacific Northwest. Well balanced, medium bodied, citrusy and unfiltered; this is a Californian-style-dry-hopped Pale Ale that is full of flavour with intense hop aromas.

140 ml, on tap at the brewpub. Poured in a tasting glass a clear and amber-old copper coloured APA with a minimum beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is light toasted malts, caramel notes, leaves, red fruits, strawberries and resinous hops. The flavour is caramel malts, bready, dry fruits, hazelnuts, fruity, citrus, grapefruits and herbal and piney hops. The mouthfeel is light crispy, bitter, smooth and ended sweety. The texture is a bit oily. This light bodied APA has a lingering hoppy bitter finish. A well-done brewed APA with an Irish touch. I agree !
