Clear amber, white lacing foam head. Barley aroma, some fruit notes. Tastes like a strong beer, ligh bitterness. Decent beer, gald I fond this. (Doetinchem 201609)

Bottle: Poured a deep copper color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and good lacing. Aroma of Belgian malt with dry English hops with some light fruity ester. Taste is also a well balance mix between some lightly sweet Belgian style malt with some notes of dry hops with some fruity ester. Medium body with some good carbonation. Definitely better then expected with a nice refreshing factor.

Bottled. Golden copperish colour with small white creamy head. Fruity hoppy aroma with caramellish hints. Flavour fruitish and hoppy. OK.

Bottled dated 20/05/06 expiration. This one poured a nice amber color with a decent head and some good lacing. The aroma was definitely hoppy, but enjoyable after a run of Belgian beers. A mildly grapefruit malty base (may be my first English pale ale with that aspect) was accompanied by a nice (not too strong) hoppy finish of pine trees and flowers. Very drinkable and enjoyable.

Clear amber colour with a large white head. Aroma has fruit, malts and caramel. Sweet and malty to begin in the taste, nicely bitter in the finish. Medium bodied, lightly carbonated. Pretty good.

Pleasantly drinkable ale. For me it's to bitter at first but at the end this bitterness mixes with some delicae sweetness and aftertaste is really nice and long lasting. Dark yellow amber color, fine yeast aroma, perfect proportions of malt and hop. Good solid beer.

33 cl bottle, now available in Norway. Website www.anthonymartin.be Deep golden nearly orange colour. Large head. Aroma of sweet malts, molasses and rotting fruits, hints of spices and leather. Flavour is well hopped, but unfortunately there is an everpresent molasses and dark syrup sweetness in the background, making the beer too cloying to be something I’ll buy again when I have finished my 4 bottles.
