Bottle from the single pile at the LCBO. Poured a clear yellow-gold color decent white cap reduced quickly. Grainy aroma some sweetness no discernable hop note in the nose. Flavour profile is pretty much what you smell. Modest pale malt some hints of norther brewer hops and a clean finish. Another pale lager with no character. when will wee out grow this under achievement for craft brewers with potential.

Extra points for the stubby bottle. A good crisp lager thats very smooth. A bit of lacing and decent apperance. Its alright but nothing to stop the farm over.

Decidedly i think there is a serious brewer in Ottawa...This premium lager is quite good;gold colour, thin head but quite hoppy aroma for a lager, the malt is quite rich too...Full bodied, crisp and fresh this beer should fulfilled i think the pleasure of every beer lovers...Stubby bottles to remind us (Canadians)our past when the beer was better...

Bottle: Poured a golden yellow color lager with a small white head with minimal retention. Aroma of weak malt with no floral or sweetness characteristic. Taste is drier then expected with some malt presence. Hops are clearly not a big part of this beer. I guess this is a good beer for people who want to make the jump from macro to micro but nothing to get me excited.

Comes in a stubby bottle. This premium lager pours a golden colour with an amber touch. Carbonation is quite present, big white head with medium retention and good all around lacing. The nose is very nice, with floral notes and a beautiful perfume. The mouthfeel is the weakest part, being a bit thin and watery, but then, the taste bring you back right into it. Grainy malt, floral hops, slight fruit and a dry and mild bitter finish. Not much of an aftertaste. Recommended for a good alternative to macro lagers, and for a good intro to micro-breweries.

Pretty good Pils. Clear and crisp. Has a nice hop character to it. White head. Good malt character too, its well balanced with the hops. I enjoyed this more than the others I tried.

I gave this one a try on a trip to Canada. It is a nice, average beer....nothing fancy, but not too bad either. The flavor was not all that pleasant, but still it wasn't a beer I would turn down. I think I'd like to give this one another try when I head north of the border again.
