Amber Ales are mostly an American invention. And with its beautiful copper color and subtle hop aroma, our Redwood Flats Amber is our traditional take on a modern American classic. Featuring a unique blend of American hops and malts, Redwood Flats Amber is bold and assertive, with a strongly hoppy flavor that's easy to drink and even easier to love.

Caramel, cardboard, biscuit and some very faint Cascades. Reddish copper body, thin whispy head and decent lacing. A bit thin with a hint of bitterness and a metallic aftertaste. Empty amber, mediocre at best.

A dark orange-amber colored beer with a big fluffy textured white head rising above. Not much hang time in the head, but the ringlet is impressive. A grainy noseLight bodied and smooth. Grassy hops and caramel malt in the tasting. Straight forward but a good session beer for a football Sunday.

Simple and slick, dark orange red. Nice enough aroma of citrusy hops and light caramel. Flavor is the same but pretty subdued. An easy drinking beer while watching football but nuthin special.

Not much going on here, a nice amber body with a head that fades quickly into a thin soapy ring. Aromas and flavors of lightly roasted malts, a touch of caramel with a slight drying hop presence. Some bitterness in the finish, overall its an average amber on its best day..
