The owner and family were traveling a back road from Todd, NC, to West Jefferson when a muscular bolt of fur dashed across the asphalt ahead. The red wolf halted at top of a steep hill and stared down on the braking automobile, similarly intrigued. Our Bushfire American Red Ale is a tribute to this furry native and his indigenous neighbors. The nose of this refreshing, easy-sipping ale is sweet malt with hints of candied cherry, while the palate will appreciate caramel, toasted stone fruits, and the mild, balanced sweetness. Our American Red is brewed with German Noble Hops, Hallertau Hops, and light and dark caramel malts, and pours a *stunning* brilliant amber into the glass!
