Granite Falls Brewing Company is proud to operate from the historic Granite Bottling Works (1903-1978) and Pepsi-Cola Bottling (1978-2012) plant. The original 1903 Bolick’s Bottling plant comprises our lobby: When you enter our establishment, you are literally stepping into history. Come celebrate with us 111+ years of beverage production and bottling onsite! In December 2012, Mastroeli-MacNeil Equity Investments, LLC - a husband and wife pair of Caldwell County investors - financed the purchase of this 32,000 square foot configuration of three warehouses situated on 2.08 acres adjacent to Downtown Granite Falls. A long-range vista of the Blue Ridge Mountains adorns the rear of the property. The owners financed a painstaking build-out, and are proud of the adaptive reuse of this warehouse/manufacturing space into an award-winning gastropub eatery, Supper Club-style music venue, and old-style "watering hole."
