    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

500 ml capped bottle. Poured a clear and reddish-amber coloured A A with a minimum beige foamy head that had a long retention and a lot of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is a bench of spices, cloves, gingerbread, chilli, roasted malts, notes of caramel. The flavour is caramel and roasted malts, dried fruits, roasted almonds, juicy fruits, oranges and intense spicy, ginger, gingerbread, cloves and pronounced chilli, a winter hot wine feeling and late emerging aromatic hops. The mouthfeel is round, spicy and a bit sticky. The texture is watery. This medium bodied A A has a long spicy and light bitter finish. Very refreshing, this Amber Ale brewed in Paris intra-muros shows an asserted and quite bewitching character. A nice and unexpected surprise. I like it.
