We are from the city that invented the skyscraper. We constructed our Urban Pale Ale on a balanced malt backbone, so the citrus hop aroma and crisp flavor can stand tall.

Pours clear amber with a frothy and rather persistent ivory head. Aroma is not strong, but has nice malty and hoppy tones. Malty flavor is so-so, but refreshing; hops peak through in the finish. Texture has average thickness and not much fizz. All in all, a good beer for a party or with a meal.

I had this beer at the Corned Beef Company in Roanoke, VA. This beer was decent - a solid APA. The color was straw, there were some citrus notes in the aroma and flavor.

Clear copper, big lasting lacing foam head. Decent hoppy aroma and nice bitter taste. A better beer, but then all Goose’s so far were OK. (Houston 201501)

Decent pale ale with a bready backbone of malt, but more than ample citrus edged hops in the aroma and flavor for the style. Better than the wheat...

Nice nose on this bad boy, quite hoppy for a Pale Ale, some pine and citrus, a hint of malt, could be a bit more malty in the nose. Pours a medium gold body with a very nice white head with good retention and very good lace. Mouth is a touch thin for the style with nice carbonation level. Flavor is not as bitter as the hops in the nose which are mostly aromatic, a bit more bitter and less butter than an english pale which right for the APA style. Moderate malt flavors a hint of sweet with a dry bitter finish with a touch of arming from the alcohol. This is nicely done!

Golden yellow pour with a medium white head. Fair amount of lace left on the glass. Grass and citrus notes to the aroma with caramel in the background. Medium hop bitterness to it. Finish is crisp and clean.
