Purchased a single at the Marché Omni. Big pop from the cap opening, creating a huge head in my glass, and nothing more. Eventually got some beer. Amber colour with lots of tiny particles. Frothy warm cap that stays a little too long (as I would like to taste this beer one day). A little foamy lace hooks on. Soapy aromas with the hop and citrus notes. Mild malty taste with some light sweetness from the caramel malt. Fruity with just a tad of bitterness. Mostly wet mouthfeel with a little dryness in the finish. Decent amber brew for my first from this brewery.
