    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

Pours a thick frothy brownish head that leaves sticky lacing and has a dark brown/blackish appearance. Aromas of vanilla, hops, nutty malts. Flavours of malted barley, oats, floral and herbal hops, light spices, hints of vanilla and light chocolate. The hoppiness is well balanced with the malts, not too bitter and not too sweet. Goes down extremely well. Smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel. Hard to believe the ibu is 117 for this one. The bitterness is there for sure, but it's balanced well to throw off. Really good.
